Electrical Panel Board

Product Details:

Fabrication: Panel is fabricated in 16 Sag CRC Sheet, Free Standing type. Its base frame is fabricated in 75mm Size C type channel separately and bolted to the body. Provision for cable entry from top and bottom side is provided. The bus bar Chamber is of 400mm Wide for better arrangement for vertical bus bar. In cable alley slotted type cable support are provided for fixing the incoming and outgoing cables. The panel is completely dust and vermin proof. All gland plates are of “Removable Type” for easy cabling. Lifting hooks are provided at the top side of the panel for easy handling. Lovers are provided for heat dissipation.

Bus Bar: The bus bar is fixed with D.N.C supports. The gap between phase to phase bars of minimum 50mm gap and between phase bar is to body is 35mm. One earth bus bar is provided at the bottom side of the panel and its size is equal to that of the phase bars.

General Arrangements: All items/ components are arranged systematically by giving proper spacing. There is proper space for cable termination. For motor control centers 5 to 6 no of starters are accommodated in one Chamber. Contactor, M.C.B etc are fixed in DIN Rails for easy replacement during maintenance. 

Internal Wiring: The internal wiring is done with ISI mark wires for control and power wiring. All control wiring is marked with proper ferrule numbers for easy maintenance. The wire ends are prepared for termination by using proper thimbles and insulating sleeves. Rubber grove mates are provided in the wire entry holes to avoid damage to the wires due to sharp edge. All control and power wires are laid through PVC wiring channels for better safety and the appearance is looking very good. 

Motor Starters: For all Star delta and DOL Starters the MCB’s used to protect the motors arc of motor grade to ‘C’ Type .3 Pole contactor used for motor starters up to 5 HP are of 18A rating .Thermal overload Relays are of double slide type which will take care under single phasing condition also. 

Metering and Indication System: There is indicating lamps to indicate the healthy condition of all phases and voltmeter is provided with selector switch to monitor the phase voltage. All indicating lamps provided are of Led type for better life. 

Motor Trip Indication and alarm: If any one of the motor starter trips there is an audio visual signal to alert the operator about the fault. The audio signal can be stopped by the stop hooter push button but the visual signal will clear only after resetting the fault. To safeguard the hooter/ the system one hooter timer is provided which operate the hooter for a small time after every interval the time cab be set in the timer. 

Painting: The fabricated body is cleaned by 7 tank process and dried in oven. Then it is powder coated, the shade is Siemens grey. The mounting plate is of orange or red colour for a better look. 

Identification Marks /Name Plates: All installed items are marked with name plates by which anyone can identify the items easily. 

Earthing: Ear thing bus bar is provided at the bottom side of the panel. All doors are earthed properly
